out in the gym since 1990s and having a strong passion for strength training, I obtained the necessary certifications
and certified to be a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I will be working together with you to reach your exercise's
goals and objectives through Strength cum Resistance Training, Cardiovasular Exercises and Eating Habits. My Training

When we 1st started in July 08, I had been confined to bed for medical reasons
for many weeks, and consequently was really unfit ! Paul also had medical problems, dealing with diabetes, high cholesterol,
etc. Yet even with our circumstances, you tailored an appropriate exercise regime and health-plan that has catapulted us back
to health ! We have certainly come a very long way in the less than 20 individual sessions we’ve had with you ! From
being barely able to fast-walk on the treadmill for 5 min, to now being able to use the elliptical trainer at max resistance/gradient
for over an hour ! Paul’s blood tests have all normalized, and his tummy is significantly reduced ! As for me, thanks

Jeevanjot, student aged 15, is 76kg and 1.7m tall. He is obese, has poor stamina and poor
endurance which i found out later during the first training session. He became breathless after 400m jog and was
not able to jog more than 10mins on the threadmill. His parents hired me as his trainer for 20 sessions
to bring down his weight and improve his fitness level.
When the 20 sessions ended in 2 months, he lost more than 3.5kg, reduced his waist by more
than 2cm, reduced his hip by more than 3cm, able to run on the threadmill for 25mins interval training, performed circuit

" Have you ever felt looking like the
odd ball out in gathering, party, at work or even within you family ? Yes, I did, more so I was in the military,

difference. I wanted to primarily lose weight and since then I lost some 7kg. Calvin truly understands how the body

Through
my boss' recommendation, I started the personal training session with Calvin since around mid June this year. As I had
no inkling of what personal training was all about, I initially had a bit of inhibition about having a male personal trainer.
Calvin has shown to be very professional who knows how to pace the exercise and training regime
to suit my level of stamina and his pleasant and down-to-earth disposition also helps me feel at ease. I
am particularly appreciative of his understanding to accommodate my fluid schedule at times.
As
